APPLY FOR THE 39TH CONVOCATION (For learners who completed their programme in the Dec 2024 & June 2025 Term End Examinations)

APPLY FOR DEGREE CERTIFICATE (For learners who completed their programme between June 2012 to June 2024 Term End Examinations)

Kindly follow the procedure below:

1. Visit the IGNOU Degree Delivery Portal: https://onlineservices.ignou.ac.in/idms/

2. Tick the Declaration.

3. Click on “I Agree and Proceed”.

3. Click on “Apply for Degree/Diploma/Certificate”.

4. Click on “New Student Registration”.

5. Enter your Enrollment Number.

6. Click on “Verify Student Details”. (Your name will appear automatically.)

7. Generate a password by entering your Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and Captcha Code.

8. Log in to the Degree Portal using your Enrollment Number and Password.

9. Fill in the registration form and pay the requisite fee online.

10. After payment, send the soft copy of the registration form and fee receipt to rcnagpur@ignou.ac.in

11. After receiving your registration form and fee receipt for the Degree Certificate, the Degree Certificate will be sent to your registered address as mentioned in the registration form.
