To obtain your migration certificate from IGNOU, please follow these steps: 

1. Download the Migration Certificate Application Form and fill out the Application Form. (Download Form)

2. Pay Rs. 500 online through SBI Collect Link  https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=3886367  , Select  "Migration Certificate" in 'Purpose' combo box. 

3. Attach the Scan copy of filled Migration Certificate Application Form along with photocopy of your Provisional/Degree Certificate, Marksheet/Grade Card, IGNOU ID Card & Online paid SBI Collect Receipt 

4. Send email to rcnagpursss@ignou.ac.in 

Within one week, we will send the Migration Certificate through the Speed Post.
